At The Shop Company, we want you to love your style. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
